I live in a modern and spacious townhome located in a quiet cul-de-sac in McDowall. The property has a fully fenced yard and ample indoor space for the pets to roam freely (all animals utilise a pet door).

- You’ll be staying in the upstairs spare bedroom, with your own bathroom and toilet facilities. Inclusive of empty cupboard space. Queen sized bed.
- The kitchen has a large island stone bench, Westinghouse appliances, and plenty of storage.
- Large Covered Patio with outdoor couch - Perfect for outdoor relaxation with a ceiling fan.
- Fully Ducted Air Conditioning: Daikin air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home.
- On site parking, off the road (not covered).
- Unlimited internet
- Full access to Netflix, Stan, Disney, Amazon Prime + more!

My home is nestled near local parks, bushland, bus stops, reserves, shops, and only 200m from the nearby cafe and gym!

You’ll be taking care of my three pets; Fonzie (dog), Ron & Bruce (cats).

Fonzie loves his daily short walks but is a lazy bones at heart.. he won’t walk much further than a couple of kms!! He is super friendly and placid to all (animals and humans). He comes in and out of the doggie door, as needed.

The cats also come in and out of the pet door and are fed by a dispenser (weekly top ups). They love attention… but only when they demand it lol.

Pet sitter’s own dog may be okay to stay, if they’re good with cats.
