1.5 km easy walk to a bay beach and even closer to parks, cafes, golf courses, shops and train. Close to Beach Road, so easy access for cycling, walking, running, swimming or water sports. We have a comfortable, easy maintenance 3-bedroom 2-storey townhouse with northerly aspect and friendly neighbourhood. There are two courtyards accessed from the kitchen/living area - both with sunny aspect. Minimal gardening includes watering of plants, and mowing of nature strip which is a job shared with neighbours. Indoor plants require watering. We have two friendly border collies, aged 10 and 4, who are accustomed to two 3 to 5km walks a day. They can be left alone but prefer company so someone who works from home would be ideal.
