About this house sitting position in Montagu Bay

My home has beautiful views across the river and the mountain. It has three rooms used as bedrooms, heat pumps and electric blankets on all beds. It has a walk-in shower and bath and everything you’d need in the kitchen. I have a fairly large garden, which I’m trying to make more manageable and it will need watering if it doesn’t rain.
I am a five minute drive from the local shopping centre and the city and there are some lovely areas to walk nearby.
I have a 2yo mini-retriever that loves pats, balls and walks. As with most dog parents, he’s my best mate and I guess he’s spoiled, so I will need someone who loves dogs and will care for him as I would.
I will require a current police check and references, to protect both parties. I have had the best experience with a retired couple who sat for me last year and I’m hoping I will find someone similar.
