About this house sitting position in Seven Mile Beach

We live in a modern detached 2 bed plus study, 2 bathroom villa in an over 55's lifestyle village, minutes' walk from the beach, with a small garden that would require watering. We have a 6 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who will need looking after whilst we are away. As we are both retired Gala is not used to being left home alone for more than 3-4 hours at any one time. She is very easy to care for with short walks, but more than happy to accompany you for trips in the car, she is an excellent traveller in the car. She sleeps most of the day but does love to catch up with people in the village (the "treat" stops!). We have a small fully fenced, partially covered courtyard and parking for a car would be available on the driveway. The village itself is a 50 unit complex, with a Lodge housing social drinks until 7pm every Friday evening, it's very quiet and peaceful, with lots of activities to get involved in if you so wish, but your privacy will be respected if that is what you prefer. There is an on-site gym, well stocked library, a workshop, golf courses close by, and lots of beautiful walking tracks nearby, and only 15 minutes' drive from Hobart. Read more...
