About this house sitting position in Montmorency

You will be staying in a comfortable 3 bedroom unit with a lounge, eating/dining area, two bathrooms and one toilet. The unit is in a beautiful, spacious complex with many trees and lots of birds. It is quiet with friendly neighbours. There is a gate in the back garden which lets you into a protected and enclosed bush reserve.

There is a good wifi correction with Aussie Broadband so you are able to work from home. Currently I am streaming Netflix.

It is a 12 minute walk to the popular shops and cafes in Were Street which is also where the train station is. There are also good bus services. The unit has a double car port where I will be leaving my car. Montmorency is about half way (3 kms) between Eltham and Greensborough where you will find all the shops you need.

The garden is low maintenance and a gardener comes once a month to keep it in order. There are two watering systems so minimal hand watering is needed if we have a dry spell.

If my location is suitable for you, I am sure you will enjoy living in this lovely part of Melbourne.

Pets
You will have two cats, Gus, a tabby cat and Niko who is black and white. They will both entertain you. They are indoor cats with a large cat enclosure. The kitty litter is in the enclosure so there is no smell in the house.

Gus is one of nature’s quiet gentleman while Niko has a more restless personality.
