About this house sitting position in Moonah

Genuine and patient cat lovers required for a 2 week house sit July 5-19 2024

We live in a 50s weatherboard 2 bedroom house in the vibrant northern suburbs of Hobart with a woodfire and a great view.

We have a grey, somewhat reserved 7yo cat called 'Sweet'.
We also have a 1-year-old black cat called 'Scully'.
Scully is a new addition and, unfortunately, they do not get along! So hissing at meal times happens daily. Both cats like humans but not each other. We would really appreciate a patient house sitter who will provide patience, reassurance and friendly company while we are away.

Both cats need love and 2 meals a day :-)

They are outdoors during the day and come in at night (via a cat door).

Our house is modest but in a great location. We have wifi and a wood fire heater to keep you (and the cats) cozy.
Our house has a great view over Moonah and is walking distance to local shops, cafes and the wonderful Moonah Arts Centre. Convenient to public transport. The big loungeroom window catches the morning winter sun. The house is peaceful with a big back yard. Our house is on a culdisac. Great street with friendly neighbours. We’d love a house sitter who will stay somewhat in touch during our trip to Adelaide to visit family.
