About this house sitting position in Mount martha

We have a beautiful four bed two bath home in Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula

It is freshly renovated, modern, light, has a media room with a large tv, as well as an entertainers yard with outdoor built in bbq and fridge, a firepit with seating and also a spa. There is a garage with treadmill and elipptical / cross trainer machine as well as free weights. Inside we have an indoor spa bath, all the usual Netflix, Stan etc, ducted heating and cooling. It’s very comfortable and families are very welcome.

It is in a beautiful green setting to enjoy near and close to beaches, wineries and all that the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

here are many beautiful beaches nearby. We can also provide you with plenty of great recommendations for places to enjoy eat and drink.

Our home has two dogs - one small-medium kelpie cross, Maisie (very sensible), and one medium-large 9 months golden retriever puppy (not sensible).

Maisies best features are that she is small and clever, knows how to behave and loves to cuddle. Her worst features are barking at trucks, motorbikes and buses on walks and patrolling the perimeter barking if a dog walks by. She is 8. She's a low maintenance dog needing a 30 minute walk on her harness each day, otherwise she uses her dog door to vary inside and outside sleep locations for most of the day.

The pup is Fergus. He will be 9.5 months old at the time of the sit. He's a good boy and has done a 15 weeks basic manners course, but he is also full of adolescent energy. He's friendly and loves all people and dogs. He’s obsessed with Maisie. He is fully toilet trained and easy enough to quiet down with a chew toy which we will leave plenty of.
