About this house sitting position in Mount Pleasant

Hi there!
We are searching for housesitters to care for our home and pet budgie (Pip) while we are on holiday for two weeks in April.
The ideal candidate will be someone who will work from our home or who is in and out of the house throughout the day so that Pip isn't left alone all day.

LOCATION:
Our modern and tidy home is located in beautiful Mount Pleasant, just a 10 minute walk to the swan river and 5 minutes to Westfield Booragoon shopping centre.
It is within the red circle in the last photo.
It is a very low-maintenance property, with the only care required being watering indoor plants once during our trip. It is a two-storey home but all major amenities and master bedroom are downstairs so easily accessible.

REQUIREMENTS:
The main requirement is willingness to care for and spend time around our active and entertaining free-flighted budgie, Pip.
Pip is tame and friendly and does not need much care beyond refilling her food and water each day. She generally does her own thing playing in the throughout the day, but as we work from home she is used to having someone around and very much appreciates the company and interaction.

HOUSE AMENITIES:
There is space in our driveway and lawn for a caravan and car as well as power access for a caravan.
Master bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite, Wifi, printer, laundry with washer and dryer, kitchen with dishwasher and thermomix, and TVs with pretty much every streaming service.
It is a rental property so we will give you the contact details for our agent should any problems occur while we are away.

PREFERENCES & RESTRICTIONS:
We would prefer to have only one or two people staying at the property rather than a family so that only the downstairs is used while we are away.
The only restriction is that sitters cannot smoke or bring their own pets into the house.
