About this house sitting position in Mountain Creek

We have a three bedroom 2 bathroom home in a quite cul-de-sac in Mountain creek a suburb of Mooloolaba. we would require General upkeep, Keep the home tidy, wipe surfaces as needed, and leave things as you found them.

Security
Lock doors and windows when leaving, , and be mindful of gates. Put the bins out, water indoor plants and garden. The pool is maintained by a professional pool man once a month, we will continue with that service and have that paid before we go. Feel free to use the kitchen and laundry respectfully and turn off appliances after use. We have little cavalier named Charlie, he is such a sweet boy with plenty of personality, loves people and cuddles. Looking after Charlie we require Feeding routine breakfast and dinner
Feed at the usual times with the provided food and portions.
Walks
One or two daily walks, depending on weather and our dog’s energy.
Playtime
A little play and lots of attention keeps Charlie very happy and relaxed.
Toileting , Charlie to go outside and he'll let you know.
Let him out regularly and clean up the yard as needed.
Safety
Keep gates closed, avoid off‑lead areas , and watch for hazards.
Affection, Charlie loves his cuddles and presence in the home is appreciated. He can be left for several hours during the day. He travels very well in a car. Read more...
