Caring for Flicka was a delightful experience; she is well-trained and a joy to be around. We enjoyed taking her to the river, parks, and beaches. The instructions and expectations provided were clear, making her care straightforward. The home is comfortable and well-equipped for cooking, and the pool offered a relaxing retreat during our downtime. We look forward to the opportunity to return for another assignment in the future.”

“We house sat Moyra and Julians house last May 2024. We had an excellent rapour with them and found them to be very hospitable. They explained everything that needed to be done for their dog and around the house, in a careful clear manner. Whenever we had a question, even though they had gone over sees they were always prompt to answer. Their house was clean and comfortable, and Flicka their dog was obedient. “Moyra and Julien are a lovely welcoming couple whose home is in a picturesque setting on acreage. Even though I am a very experienced sitter and can easily look after two dogs on my own, juggling the needs of Mac (a dear old geriatric dog) and Flicka (a very active collie with a great personality, but who needs and craves a lot of attention) was at times tricky. Whilst very well trained in some aspects, they both have some bad habits. This sit would definitely suit a couple rather than a single person for these reasons. My bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the nearest shops are approx an 8 to 10 minutes drive away. I appreciated very much that I was welcome to have my adult daughter visit and/or stay with me on occasion during my stay. Thank you.”
