Narangba, Queensland

About this house sitting position in Narangba

Spend Christmas in Narangba with two cuddle bugs and one very fluffy boss! 🐾🎄

We’re looking for a caring, reliable house sitter from 22 December until 4 January to enjoy our home and look after our three much-loved babies: Bodhi, Nugget and Luca.

Narangba is a lovely, relaxed spot on Brisbane’s northside and a great base for a summer break. Head out to Redcliffe and Scarborough for beaches, waterfront walks, cafés and fish and chips by the bay, or nearby North Lakes for shopping, restaurants and all the essentials. There’s plenty to enjoy between doggy adventures and relaxing at home.

Bodhi, our cavoodle, is extremely well behaved and takes her role as big sister very seriously. Our rescue toy cavoodle, Nugget, is still learning the ropes but is picking things up very quickly and doing his best to follow his big sister’s excellent example. She’s setting the standard, and he’s enthusiastically completing his apprenticeship! 🐶

Both dogs love cuddles, trips to the dog park and being included in whatever you’re doing. Daily walks are a must, so you’ll have two adorable personal trainers to help justify another helping of Christmas dessert. Expect plenty of affection and very little personal space.

Luca, our ragdoll/Siamese cat, is the boss of the house and must be fed on his strict schedule. He doesn’t own a watch, but he’ll know if you’re late. You may be looking after the house, but you’ll be reporting directly to him. We just pay the bills. 😂

We’d love someone who enjoys spending time at home with the animals, will keep their routines consistent and will treat our home and babies with love. In return, you’ll have a lovely base for your Christmas break, plenty of furry company and two very enthusiastic welcomes whenever you return. Luca’s welcome will depend on whether you’re carrying food.

If beach outings, dog cuddles and working under fluffy management sound like your kind of Christmas, we’d love to hear from you! ❤️ Read more...
