About this house sitting position in Narara

House 4 bedroom. I’m looking for one person to house sit.
I have 2 lodgers both working full time 6.am start hours, both very clean.

Your bedroom has a double bed , duvet, linen on bed supplied . You supply own towels.
its not a big house but comfortable and a home. i can't have dogs or other peoples pets as i have 3 cats sorry.
My 3 cats are inside outside cats they are very easy no trouble feed on demand. Dry & wetfood I supply.
You have sole use of lounge with smart TV dvd, house wifi, room has my piano which I play .I’m going away 8th September to 3rd October, but i would prefer someone to come a day earlier to meet greet etc.
The house is opposite a park/oval
My requirements
I have 3 cats inside outside cats no cat litter trays!
they need feeding, bowls cleaned .They have a cat flap.
I do all cleaning so i need someone to vacuum once a week, lounge communal area, mop once a week rubbish out maybe water garden and hanging baskets. Easy!
There is wifi Netflix all mod cons. piano if you play!
