About this house sitting position in Ningi

We have only moved into this home in middle of September 2025. Now we are settled and sort of have the yard the way we want it and the house the way we want. We travel to Coolum Beach each year and have done for 30 years so not far should their be a need for contact.

The house is 3 bedrooms and a study with 2 bathrooms and a large Alfresco area under cover. An outside bbq is under a pagoda but we also have a Webber under the Alfresco area.

We have Aldi near by and Woolworths is on Bribie Island 12 minutes away. Sandstone Point hotel is close bye has great meals and entertainment. Close on Bribie Island - Woorim the RSL with cheap lunches and dinners along with the Bowls Club one at Bongaree and one on the way to Banksia Beach. Other restaurants are around our area. Surf Club and beach at Woorim. Beach walk just over bridge heading to Bribie Island.

We have walking paths around the lakes one Cul de Sac away. There is parking in the middle of our Court for visitors.

Parking in the garage for a car or a 4 wheel drive if no fixtures to the roof. There is room to the side of front yard for a caravan 8 meters as we will have the van a 4x4 car park there.

We have a Blue Heeler dog Finn 4 1/2yrs who is strickly an outside dog, he will try to con you into letting him in but he chases Lilo our cat. She is13 years old she loves to be stroked down her back and scratched under her chin. Finn loves every one although he does not like the mailman's scooter and will run along the fence and bark and he loves to play with his ball. He is submissive around other dogs when he is out walking he has been trained to sit while other dogs walk pass or decide if they want to be friendly. He will need to walk as he is use to us either walking the lakes here in our area or we take him over to the passage and walk the pathway there. Walks can be short or as long as 30 to 60 mins he is a sniffer and sniffs everything so it never a fast walk. Just tell him time to go home and he is faster on the way back.
LILO loves food and until she gets use to you will only come out to get fed. Skittish around children because they are loud and move quickly. Lilo is a house cat as Moreton Shire has a no cat run free policy. Hence why she is use to Finn but is terrified of other animals.

We do not smoke or drink alcohol but we would appreciated if it could be taken outdoors.

The house is airconditioned in lounge and dining room and ceiling fans in all areas as well this includes the bedrooms and office.

Safe area and we do have very good neighbors and we will advise them that we have house sitters.

We have NBN and Netflix on the TV's in lounge and office. We have solar so no problems with power.

The yard is fairly low maintenance and so are the gardens we usually try to have automatic sprinkler system running.
