Fully fenced/ electric gates. 4 bed home on SEPTIC.
Quiet spacious estuarine estate.
10 mins to Bribie Bridge, 10 mins to M1,
30 mins to Caloundra (N), 45 mins to Bris Airport (S).
NB: During late Spring and Summer, mozzies/midgies are prevalent in the early morning and late afternoon/evening. Outdoor area very manageable by mozzie coils.
One carport space available - car only.
Caravan /motorhome side access to back yard. Hookup available. NO covered parking for van .
Welcome to stay in the house or your own van and use some of the house facilities.
Large covered outdoor area. BBQ facilities available. Fire pit areas x2.
PETS:
SASCHA. 1 female border collie; 11yrs.
Very friendly healthy dog. Loves company, a walk and a ball throw play. October is storm season. SASCHA does NOT handle storms well and requires your presence if a storm is building up and during the storm. Simple management strategies will be discussed. She is allowed inside the house.
POTENTIAL SITTER: Couple or single person for this short sit.
GARDEN TASKS: Watering pots - if required
If Required - turning on manual irrigation and minimal handheld watering.
Mowing - probably NOT required -
Ride on. Push mower- small courtyard area. Whipper snippering garden edges.

A meet and greet/ handover before we depart is preferred and appreciated but not essential. Our departure is Oct 17 2026.
