About this house sitting position in PACIFIC HEIGHTS

4 bedroom home with 2 home office set ups. 180 degree ocean views. Large living area. Fully air conditioned and small back yard with a balcony. All the mod cons including air fryer and Breville coffee maker. Quiet area with friendly neighbours.

3 minute drive from Farnborough Beach and 7 minutes from town.

Have a standard poodle and a cockatiel (lives in the cage). Poodle needs to be walked regularly, at least every second day, on the beach. He is an indoor dog and comes inside and out as he likes. Fully house trained.

Want a housesitter who is home a lot, he can be left at home for up to 3 hours at a time but is used to my husband and I working from home full time.

Must be clean and quiet. No parties. Need to be comfortable around and able to handle a large dog.

Would appreciate if yard could be mowed at least once and some light weeding where they grow in the concrete around the house as we are away for 4 weeks and it grows quickly.
