Boating fishing lake 10 min drive. 30km of coastal cycling / walking path, 2 min access from home. Township of Yeppoon, 3 supermarkets, 2 small shopping centres cafes, restaurants, 2.5 km away. 1 & 3/4 dogs, 1 cat, 1 hand reared Quaker parrot, 7 chooks, 1 goose. All friendly except for cantankerous goose. Petcare, some watering and mowing depending on weather at the time.
