About this house sitting position in Padstow

We are in Sydney South West suburb of Padstow, a lovely suburb. Our house is a 3 bedroom semi-duplex with medium sized backyard (fully fenced). We are within 1-1.5 km distance from local shops, Woolworths Metro and train station. Our neighbours are very friendly and helpful.
Our handsome boy Phoenix 6 yrs old golden labrador needs to be looked after while we are away for just 1 week.
Phoenix is from Guide Dogs NSW/ACT (not working ofcourse) and is absolutely a dream to be with, very well behaved, house trained, walks calmly on leash and sleeps inside on his bed.
We have high speed Telstra internet, large TV, happy for sitters to use our kitchen, all equipment, full pantry and anything they need.
We have 3 parking spots (1 undercover) and we have 2 cars so only 1 spot outside in front of the garage will be available but if need be we can make some arrangements on request as needed.
