4 bedroom, open-plan, sunny, single-storey house, on a large leafy block with off-street parking, close to shops, cafes, parks and public transport in a quite suburb. Three steps up to the house front and back. Your choice from two bedrooms to sleep in. Help yourself to the fridge and pantry. Cats have the run of the house, of course.
There are 4 adorable but shy resident cats, one visitor. 3 adults one 18 months (teenage boy), one black and white desexed male who is a nocturnal visitor (neighbour's cat. More on him later). Resident cats are 2 male, 2 female. All desexed, vaccinated and parasite controlled. They just require feeding, pats and the litter trays checked and cleaned daily. If a vet is needed, there is one just around the corner 200m away. The emergency vet is 10 minutes away by car. Keep the boys in after their evening feed. The girls keep themselves in a night, of course, because girls are sensible.
