🌿 Peaceful Peregian Beach Sanctuary

Welcome to a rare slice of paradise: a modern Balinese-inspired sanctuary set on 3 acres within the Noosa Biosphere Reserve, right beside the shimmering waters of Lake Weyba.

Here, you’ll be surrounded by nature’s beauty — organic vegetable gardens, a resort-style pool, lush walking trails at your doorstep — yet you’re just a 5-minute drive from Peregian Beach and Doonan. It’s the best of both worlds: seclusion and serenity, with the coast and community close by.

Who You’ll Share the Space With:

This is a small hobby farm with a big heart. Seperate to the main home, there is a questhouse, currently occupied by our daughter and her fiancé. They keep to themselves and also help with the donkeys, so you’ll still enjoy plenty of peace and privacy.

Your Animal Companions:

🐶 Three small purebred puppies — all hypoallergenic and non-shedding:
- Mini Schnauzer
- American Cocker Spaniel
- Brussels Griffon lap puppy

These little loves will follow you everywhere, shower you with affection, and snuggle in bed with you at night (this is non-negotiable). They thrive on companionship, so your presence means the world.

🐓 A designer flock of chickens — charming, productive, and in need of daily care (feeding, fresh water, egg collection, and ensuring their coop is secure). Prior chicken experience is essential.

🫏 Three miniature Mediterranean donkeys (“donkey-dogs”) — affectionate, gentle, and cuddly. Their day-to-day care is shared with our Daughter, so while you’ll certainly get donkey cuddles, you won’t be solely responsible for them.

What’s Required

Animal care is light but consistent:
~30 minutes in the morning
~30 minutes in the evening
Companionship and presence during the day

This role is ideally suited to a quiet, respectful single person or couple who:
- Work remotely, are semi-retired, or on an extended holiday
- Love spending time at home pottering in the garden, lounging by the pool, and being surrounded by animals
- Appreciate serenity, nature, and a slower pace of life

Non-Negotiables:
- Must love animals ❤️
- Dogs sleeping in bed with you is required
- Verbal and written references essential
- Absolutely no smokers, no parties, no children sorry.
