About this house sitting position in Pomona

Our property and beautiful home is 1.5 acres just out of Pomona township. We are looking for a dog/housesitter who is kind and patient and has the confidence to look after our large dog (approx. 33kg) Florence and our birds. Florence is almost 8 and a very gentle dog but didn't have a great start to life (a rescue) so is nervous about meeting new people, especially men. Once she knows you and decides you're "her people" she will fall at your feet for tummy rubs - men included. I am looking for someone who is able to take her on short walks (she is great on the lead) and stay with her most of the time at the property. There are also a pair of parrots in an aviary to be fed and watered daily. There is no need to go inside the aviary as I have food stations accessible from the outside and a pair of cockatiels to be fed and watered daily who live inside in a large cage. Ideally I would love someone who is able to come and meet up with us a couple of times before the housesitting date required.
