About this house sitting position in Port Macquarie

loverly home in quiet street backing onto reserve, walking distance to shops, beaches and pubs
Main reason for housesitting to be at home with my 2 very friendly dogs, keeping them company, walking them daily, love on and keep safe till I return and to look after the plants and feed the local bird's and the goldfish
About the dogs
Baxter, Dachshund very easy going, just loves attention and the sun
Ted..loves lots of attention, he is a labradoodle and VERY attached to me, he can fret for me but does not take long to transfer all his love onto you. As long as you are experienced with dogs and love them you will be fine.
Both dogs enjoy walks
Baxter loves people but MUST be on a short leash when you go past dogs or he will snap at them regardless of their size- in his mind he is a pit bull terrier and must snap at any other dog. Ted is easy going and loves dog and humans alike
Birds get fed daily as do the goldfish that live in a pond in the garden

“We had a wonderful time looking after Baxter and Ted for Sharon at her lovely cottage in Port Macquarie. The lads were a lot of fun and had brilliant little personalities that kept us constantly entertained and amused! Sharon was a delight to deal with and left us comprehensive instructions, whilst remaining available for contact at anytime if we had any questions or concerns. The sit is in an idyllic location with plenty of lovely nature walks and close to surf beaches and the CBD. The cottage is a delight and we would highly recommend this sit to any prospective sitters that would love to experience the serenity and delights that Port Macquarie has on offer. Thanks again Sharon for the opportunity of looking after your lovely fur babies!”

“A wonderful location for a house sit backing onto a nature reserve with lots of walking paths to immerse yourself in nature, you don’t realise you’re in a residential area. 10-minute walk to all the shops in a very convenient location, not much further to walk to waterfront & break wall. The house is lovely with everything you need & very comfortable. Nice bed, lovely outdoor sitting areas and gardens. Sharon left excellent instructions & we easily fell into a routine providing updates. Ted & Baxter are wonderful dogs, both very well behaved & full of personality with Ted being very cuddly & beautifully natured & Baxter is thoroughly entertaining with his big personality, both being very easy to look after & we loved spending time with them. The small fishpond outside was very easy to look after & overall the house sit was wonderful & would happily return. ”
