We have a comfortable Californian Bungalow fully renovated with all the modern conveniences to live a comfortable stay. Our place is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a quiet neighbourhood, with a large kitchen, dinning and lounge area. A private rear garden with large trees and high hedges, outside table, chairs, umbrella and gas bbq.
Secured front driveway with electric gates, off street parking and with additional street parking out the front.
We require someone to look after our 3 year old cat Thelma whilst we are away for 3 weeks. As well as collect the mail, water house plants, put out the weekly bins and keep the place tidy and clean. We are close to public transport, only 50 metres away from the nearest tram stop (Gilbert Rd, No:12 Stop) and nearest train station (Bell station 700 metres)
