Looking for one single professional to house sit a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is on 2 levels with an outdoor garden and balcony and comes with three cats. Included in daily tasks is maintaining the garden patio/balcony (watering all plants) and keeping the floors swept/tidy. Also, feeding cats daily twice a day plus cleansing of the litter trays. Cats are affectionate and enjoy a good brush and play everyday. General maintenance such as vacuuming floors and tidiness of the house. Mopping tiles and keeping bathroom clean. No shoes allowed as new carpet was recently placed throughout all living spaces. Looking for someone who is neat and tidy with lots of experience with cats. WFH is welcome as an office space is setup! In exchange, you’ll have a lovely apartment to enjoy the Sydney summer, which includes a pool, sauna and gym. Freedom to wfh (office setup) or take a stroll to nearby cafe’s and restaurants. Parking is available and public transport to Bondi, Coogee, the CBD and Newtown at your doorstep. There is your own private patio/garden to chill and balcony has a great view of the pool.
