About this house sitting position in Reservoir/Preston

Our home is located in a beautiful pocket of Reservoir, on the border of Preston and Coburg North, close to the tram (route 11), train (Mernda) and several bus services, as well as cafes, bars, walking/bike trails and a major supermarket - all within walking distance. Bustling Preston market is a 5 minute drive / 10 min ride away. The house has 3 bedrooms (but I'll ask you to only use the main bedroom), a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, modern bathroom and sunny courtyard. Washing machine available on site too. There are indoor plants, a cat and a small dog that will need care while we're away. The cat is an indoor cat, very elderly, and sleeps all day. The dog is a toy poodle cross, very friendly and cuddly, and needing only 2 small walks (20 min each) or 1 big walk a day (40 min+). You'd be welcome to anything in the house (we just ask you to respect the privacy of the 2 kids in the house by not entering/using their rooms).
