About this house sitting position in Reservoir

Welcome to our lovely 1950s-style, three-bedroom home in Reservoir — full of quirky charm and warm design touches. The bathroom was recently renovated (within the past year) and includes heated floors and a walk‑in shower. We also have a large backyard with a brand‑new deck, perfect for relaxing.
One of the three bedrooms is set up as a study, offering two desk options and a great work‑from‑home setup. Across the house you'll find Google Chromecast on all TVs with access to multiple streaming services, plus an Xbox in case you feel like gaming.
You’re welcome to sleep in the main bedroom or use the sofa bed in the spare room — whichever you prefer. The laundry includes a new washing machine and dryer. While we don’t currently have a dishwasher, we do have a top‑notch coffee machine and a new oven/stove.
Pets
We have two very friendly indoor‑only cats. They’re mostly self‑sufficient thanks to an automatic feeder, but they’ll absolutely appreciate any extra snacks or affection.
The main character of our home is Butters, our 5‑year‑old groodle. She’s incredibly friendly — a true shadow who loves company. She’d enjoy a walk once a day, though it’s completely fine to skip occasionally if you’re sick or the weather is terrible. You’re welcome to leave her inside or outside depending on the weather. If you ever need to be out for a longer stretch, we have wonderful neighbours who can check in on her or even host her overnight if needed.
You’ll have full access to Wi‑Fi, Chromecast on both TVs (lounge and study), and all the amenities listed above.
