About this house sitting position in Richmond

I have a 10 year old little Moodle, Oscar. He is a lovely gentle little boy. He barks too much when we come home though! All he needs is 2 meals a day and a walk every day... and cuddles.
I live in a very secure 2 bedroom apartment with 2 small balconies. there's a european laundry. All linen supplied. Oscar has a grass box toilet on the balcony so we leave a door open for his access.
He sleeps on the end of the bed but if you want he can sleep on his bed in the living area.
We are very near a dog park on the Yarra. We are adjacent to Victoria Gardens shopping centre which has everything you'd need, including a cinema, doctor, Kmart and supermarket. We are 100m from tram to city -Box Hill (109) and a 9 min walk to the 48 and 75 trams in Bridge Road.
