Very comfortable Federation home on a single level with modern facilities. Back garden is a quiet oasis with a tropical feel and fish ponds. No pets but fish require feeding and filter cleaning. Only 6km from Sydney CBD in a buzzy area. Good transport and close to shops. Some maintenance of the garden will be required and knowledge and experience of gardening is essential. Smoking not permitted in or near the house.
