We live in a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment (70sq) on the second floor (top). It is situated in an estate (Kimberley Estates) with several indoor pools / spa baths / sauna and gyms. (not on a busy road, so generally very quiet) Secure undercover parking with lift access to second floor. There is an east facing balcony with outdoor seating and barbeque. Dependable internet connection with a home office corner set up (don't we all have that these days??)
Woolies Metro walking distance, several coffee shops and restaurants in the area, bus stops close by, Coogee beach about 6 km, and Centennial Park 4 km. There are 2 bicycles to use if you'd like.
More to the point - we have a 13 year old Ragdoll boy that requires your company - very independent but like a cuddle from time to time, and someone to talk to. .
