About this house sitting position in ROSEBUD

Single/couple non-smokers required for our beautiful shy cat Poppy. Must love cats and enjoy gardens.

Cosy comfortable well organised minimalist house on the Mornington Peninsula. Newly renovated bathroom and laundry, freshly painted throughout. Great garden and back deck with couches and table & chairs to enjoy indoor outdoor living year round. Last sitter described it as an oasis.

Outdoor bath with hot/cold water to relax in under the stars in the backyard. Local shopping strip only 150m with major supermarkets and a plaza 5 min drive.

12 yo cat Poppy is shy at first and sleeps mostly during the day and looks out the windows all night. Outside on a long lead during the day for fresh air and sleeping in the sun.

There are cafes, wineries, golf courses, beaches, markets and attractions to enjoy while you are here. Or stay inside on comfy lounges with good heating and all the tv channels and Netflix/Britbox subscriptions.

We also have a small street library out front that I keep neat and tidy and top up the books if there are gaps if you could keep an eye on it for me.

Would appreciate some garden watering if we're not getting any rain as we are on sandy ground it does dry out. No lawn mowing required.
