Custom built open plan tropical home with relaxed feel.
25 metre fully private lap pool and 1/4 acre easy care garden full of birds, including resident bowerbird and curlews. No pets to care for.

5 minute walk to river with long bike/walk paths and excellent parks. Coffee shop and pubs/restaurant close by. 3 min drive to golf course. Good fishing in nearby river, off the Strand beach or Reef. 10min drive to Strand beach and parkland. Magnetic Island (do yourself a favour!) 20 minute ferry ride.

We have a large pool which is self chlorinating. Should be fairly stable this time of year, but it will need weekly pH checks and acid adjustment, as well as checking chlorine levels. We have a robot cleaner to put in each week.

We have a small area of tropical garden and grass on timer irrigation, but will need hand watering of a small section of garden, and some house plants. As we have many trees, there will be leaves on the pathways. We have a blower. May need to mow weekly.

We have space that fits a Jayco JPod Camper, but would not be able to fit a larger van on site. Carparking off street for 1 vehicle.
