Comfortable family home, great location.
100m from shops including Malibu Fresh Essentials, 1km from the beach, 50m from the bus stop. Close to the train, mall, central Rockingham, and coastal activities.

Dash and Jarrah - two Irish Red Setters, aged 4, littermates, F/M, Entire/vasectomy.
Need to be fed, checked, and played with/walked daily.
They can miss a day of walking if needed.

They can be left during the day, but they would love their humans to be around them. I work FT with one day a week from home, so they are used to this routine.

They love kids and have a 10-year-old and a 13-year-old as their favourite playmates.

At times, they exhibit incredibly high energy, but have matured into dogs who can enjoy long periods of rest and calm. Very loving, good-tempered, and reasonably well-trained.
You will need to be comfortable with large, boisterous, and fast-moving dogs, as well as confident walking dogs that may become strong/dash, or pull on the lead at times. They also shed and get sand everywhere, so if you are someone who is put off by dirt and dust, this probably isn't the right choice for you. I have a robo vac/mop that helps with this.

It is the right choice for you if you are an active human/s. Jarrah loves a swim and will swim the entire length of the beach (on a long lead).
I often walk 5 km to a coffee shop and back with one of the dogs on the weekend (there are many dog-friendly cafes locally). Planning to get up to that 20k mark when I have time!

I spend most of my time out of the house and being active with my animals, which also includes a horse (not within the scope of this remit!).

This means my house is clean, comfortable, and generally well-maintained, but not of the palace or Bunnings addict variety. It's a peaceful location with a good neighbour network.
