About this house sitting position in Safety Beach

Looking for mature person(s), non smoking, no children, or pets, to house sit, to mainly look after my 3 indoor cats, feed, water, brush every few days, and attend to litter trays.
My house at Safety Beach is a lovely north facing, brick veneer, 6 year old Federation Style home, that is 2 streets back (approx.350mts) from main beach road. It is a large 3 bedroom home, with 3 bathrooms/ensuites and a separate toilet. It has 3 living areas, a study, butlers pantry, and back alfresco area on a large 774sqm flat block. Sitters would have the use of the large back bedroom with ensuite. The back garden has 2 mt high fences. The house has central heating and 3 split system air condition units. Ramp access via garage into house, and safety rails in bathrooms/ensuites/toilets. It would be easier if you have a car, however, there are bus stops 1 street away. I would want to meet with sitters before they started sitting my house/cats.
