About this house sitting position in Sandgate

2 storey large home very close to the bay
1 beautiful cavoodle ( who turned 1 in May 2026) who loves time with humans, walks and play dates with his mates. He’s very social and well know in our area!
We have indoor plants that need some watering ( not too many)
A pool that is self cleaning and may need a top up with water occasionally.
We may have a 30+ year old student in the home, at the time we require a sitter. She has her own room, living area and bathroom.
You and they Must be ok with this arrangement.
Whilst there are Separate kitchens bedrooms bathrooms and living areas there may be use of some common areas and the student enjoys time with Piccolo ( our dog) also but due to work commitments is not available to care for him independently.
