About this house sitting position in Sandy Bay

We live in a little 2 bedroom cottage in a really convenient location very close to shops, cafes, services in Sandy Bay and the bus stop.
It's warm and cosy now we have central heating installed!
We have a beautiful rescue 7 yr old greyhound who needs two walks a day, company, two daily meals, but he can be left for 4 or so hours on his own. (With a pigs ear!).
He sleeps a lot! Our kitchen is not glamorous but functional as we are planning renos for next year. So at this stage, we have no oven. It's an incredibly convenient area to live in, bus into city takes about five minutes and the stop is one minute from our house. We have a very pretty front garden to sit in.
Room for one car to be parked on the property, at the back.
We are currently building a shack on North Bruny where our dog adores the beach and we will be looking for house sitters there also later in the year, but would like to meet potential future housesitters at our Sandy Bay cottage before that is finished and before we can make a secure fenced in patch for him on our Bruny block, otherwise he'd be toddling off to the beach on his own!
We are an older very active couple and these dates are for our short 55th wedding anniversary getaway. Read more...
