About this house sitting position in Saratoga

Hi, I'm Liz. I'm looking for a single female house/pet sitter as my 2 dogs are nervous in the presence of men. There is also an 18 year old cat to look after.
I live in Saratoga, a beautiful suburb, known for its serene atmosphere & stunning views, with easy access to shops, train station & beautiful beaches - Avoca Beach (about 10 kms), Ettalong Beach (about 17 kms).
It is a great place to enjoy outdoor activities such as bush walking, boating & fishing.
My house is a comfortable 3-bedroom house that is conveniently located within a short walking distance from the shops and is close to the main beaches. It has two bathrooms, a lounge, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Please feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy these amenities.
The spacious guest bedroom has a double-sized bed with a bathroom next to it. At the back is a small garden for the dogs to run around in, and also a sunroom for the dogs. There is car parking space on the driveway and also the front lawn if you have a caravan.
I have two dogs and one cat.
Butch (Cattle Dog cross) and Zoey (Staffy cross) are large dogs (approx. 25kg & 31kg) and they are 8 years old.
They have been trained to know basic commands such as "sit", "stay" (even though they only stay for a short while), "drop", "go to kennel", "let's go", "go to bed", "upstairs", "leave-it" and "heel".
They are not social with other dogs.
Butch has an immense dislike for birds so I make sure they are confined to the sunroom when i am not home. They are both crate-trained and sleep in their crate at night or when they need to rest during the day.
Butch and Zoey are mainly outside but if it is too cold or raining heavily, they will gladly be inside.
Silver the cat is 18 years old. he is deaf and he suffers from arthritis.
He hides when he sees unfamiliar people but will eventually come out if there is food. You may need to give him time to get used to your presence. He gets along well with the dogs and they respect each other.
Having been a stray, Silver prefers to be outside. He might come into the house but will only want to exit shortly thereafter. He sleeps and eats his food in the garage. His litter trays and water bowl are also in the garage. Read more...
