🏡 House & Pet Sitters Wanted – Umina Beach

We are looking for a reliable, caring single person or couple to look after our much-loved home and our two older pets while we head away on holiday for approximately 2 weeks.

🏠 Our Home

Our comfortable two-storey home is located in a quiet street in Umina Beach, with great neighbours and a relaxed coastal lifestyle.

The house includes:

🛏️ Private spare bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning
🍳 Large kitchen
🛋️ Two living areas
🚿 Bathroom
🧺 Laundry
🌿 Large outdoor deck
🏊 Swimming pool
🚗 Easy parking

The house offers plenty of space and would be comfortable for either a single house sitter or a couple.

🐾 Our Much-Loved Pets

We have one older dog and one older cat who are very much part of our family.

They are both lovely older pets and mainly need someone to keep them company, make sure they are safe and happy, and maintain their normal routine.

Their food needs to be given 2–3 times a day, along with plenty of love, attention and companionship.

Our pets are our priority, so we’re looking for someone who will genuinely enjoy having them around and care for them as if they were their own.

We would love to hear from an experienced house sitter, animal lover, single person or couple who is:

Reliable and trustworthy
Comfortable caring for an older dog and cat
Happy to feed the pets 2–3 times daily
Prepared to spend time at home with them
Respectful of our home and neighbours
Clean, responsible and security-conscious
Happy to keep us updated while we’re away

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who will love and care for our pets and look after our home as though it were their own.
