Private 800m2 slopping block with weatherboard pole home. Balcony with view filtered views of the valley, Brisbane waters and the national park. The house is accessed by a private road servicing 8 properties and backs on to the bush. We are surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and the beauty of the natural environment which offers a peaceful and diverse setting to enjoy and find relaxation. Our spacious 3 bedroom home is partly renovated with a new luxurious bathroom including large bath tub, shower, double basin and a heated floor to ceiling towel rail. The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe and queen size tempur bed. The other two bedrooms have standalone wardrobes, a King single and a double bed as we as a desk in one bedroom. The lounge room and kitchen are open plan together with a dinning table and comfortable couch, TV and full kitchen with plenty of counter space.
The floors are low maintenance vinyl plank throughout.
We have fish and a dog to take care of as part of the sit. The fish only require feeding once or twice per day, and our dog Bentley a Goldadoor (Golden Retriever X Labrador) requires feeding twice a day, and 2 long and one short walk with playing some fetch per day. Otherwise, Bentley is very relaxed and mostly just rests the rest of the day.
The lawn requires mowing every so often, the bins are collected Wednesdays and we would like our mail collected.
Besides that we are happy just to have someone look after our house while we are away and enjoy the peaceful area. Read more...
