Our home is located on a quiet suburban street. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away, and within a few minutes waking distance is a shopping centre, pubs, restaurants, cafes, gyms and parks. There is also 2 golf courses within a few minutes drive. Public transport is easily accessible and Perth city is around a 45 minute drive.
Our home is modern, with a large garden and pool. Inside the home there is reverse cycle air-conditioning, wifi, netflix, dishwasher.
We also have 2 dogs, Evie (staffy) and Skye (french bulldog), and a cat Zed, they are all very low maintenance, as long as they are being fed and getting cuddles they are happy 🙂.
Our house is a none smoking home.
