About this house sitting position in Severnlea

We are a couple of over 70's who own 44 acres and 3 accommodation cottages in the Granite Belt. We do have a small vineyard and make our wine as well as managing and cleaning the cottages( superhost Airbnb for more than 6 years). We will benefit from a couple who a willing to manage the cottages for 4-6 weeks and have tourist accommodation experience. We do have a reliable cleaner if cleaning the cottages is not possible. We need slashing (around 3/4 acres) and general maintenance of the place, but in Sept-Oct the grass does not grow much. You will have a John Deer tractor and a ride on mower to operate.Our dog is a 8 y/o Cavoodle and very friendly and requires one meal a day and some walking . We also have 8 chickens, It will be great is somebody can look after our place meanwhile we are on holiday. PS the pictures are one of our cottages.

“Rudy and Maria take great pride in their property, vineyard and 5 Star BnB business and it was a privilege to sit for them. You need to be prepared to maintain their high standards of the BnBs which are famous in the area which involved meeting people and taking care of their needs and ensuring the cottages were impeccably cleaned and set up. We didn't mind at all. We especially loved their little dog, Tinto who got on well with our Frankie. It is easy to see why Rudy and Maria are rated so highly as hosts as they are caring and friendly people who made us most welcome and trusted us to adequately take their place. We loved it and loved the whole Stanthorpe area”
