About this house sitting position in Shortland

I live in an over 55’s village with 36 villas. My house sitter will need to be aged 55 or over.

I have 3 bedrooms and a garage with a small front and back yard both with native gardens requiring regular watering.

I also have two elderly pets, both aged 16 years: - Sherlock 12kg beagle, who has old painful hips and requires twice daily pain relief medication. He sleeps outside (with an electric blanket in his bed when it’s cold) and is fed once a day, mostly in the afternoons. He also enjoys a morning treat inside a box or puzzle toy and of course a short walk around the village.

Lilly is a lovely, friendly but noisy indoor pussy cat. She loves drinking water from the shower (limited to 2 times/day) and has a few treats in the afternoon and some wet food for dinner (only a teaspoon full with some water). She has also enjoyed having on a harness and enjoying the front garden - she has taken to escaping the harness so close supervision is required!
