About this house sitting position in SOUTHBANK

I have a beautiful, independent, fluffy 7 year old, inside only, female rescue cat called Misty. I'm going on an overseas trip and she needs some company while I'm away as she is used to me working from home. She is a bit shy with new people and likes her own space, but warms up after a while.

Looking for a single, non-smoking sitter who needs be available in Melbourne beforehand in order to meet in person for a chat/visit before I go away and will actually spend time with Misty (would love someone who works remotely/retired and will be home during the week days) during at least some of the day and will be there overnight.

Misty will need to be fed at least twice a day (dry food, grass and wet treats), given dry treats when you go out, water cleaned and refreshed daily, poo/clumps removed from litter tray daily and litter topped up.

There are a few indoor plants and a few balcony pots that may need to be watered a couple of times during that time.

I live in an apartment on the 2nd floor (steep stairs only), with an amazing garden view in a very central city location - right next door to NGV, Arts Centre and Botanical Gardens, there is a tram stop outside and it is only a short walk to the river and Flinders Street Station.

There may be a spot for a car if required (very easy with public transport), but the space only fits a small vehicle so no large 4X4 or vans.

The apartment complex has beautiful garden courtyard with lots of large trees in the centre with outdoor pool, heated spa, tennis court and small gym. It is a lovely and quiet oasis from the busy city, so there are strict body corporate rules which will need to be followed in using any of the facilities.
