Hello dear Home and Pet Sitters,

We have a 3 bed 2 bath brick home in Springfield in a quiet neighbourhood.
We're close to everything. Much within walking distance. eg. shops, train, bus, pool, restaurants, pub etc. Springfield Fair Shopping Centre (Coles, Medical, Pharmacy, Bakery, Bottle Shop, Sushi, and Cafe63 etc) and Orion Shopping Centre. (Big) and the Orion Lagoons. (pools) (7 mins drive)

We have a great outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and bar area.
Inside there is everything for the home cook/baker.
For the media streamers, we have Foxtel, Netflix, Prime, Paramount Plus, Stan and a big TV. There is unlimited Wi-Fi for your phones/laptops/pads.

There is a comfy queen size bed for you. Plenty of storage. Your own bathroom with bath, free standing shower & loo. There is also a garage space for your vehicle with remote access. Large fridge, freezer, and pantry space and electric appliances.

We have two cats. Teddy is our 10 yo tabby. He likes to sleep under the covers of a bed or on one of a number of cat beds around. He likes butler service to allow him in or out the front door, where he snoozes in the garden or warms himself in the sun. Likes his tucker and may sit with you on the recliner of an evening.

Sara is our 5 yo Maine Coon. Her coonie quirks will keep you entertained. eg. Zoomies around the house. Her motto is never walk when you can zoom. She chirps rather than meows. Sleeps on her back in totally unlady like fashion and loves to be next to you on the couch or bed. Not a lap cat, thank goodness, but she does like company. Totally open to bribery via her stomach. You will win her over with treats. She will also finish off her brother's tucker if he is too slow. Sara will be visiting the beauty parlour for a bath and belly shave before your arrival. She requires minimal grooming, but don't worry, she loves it. She will lift her head for her glorious mane to be combed and turn on her back and present her belly for a rub and comb. She is also an indoor cat who is permitted access to the back garden when somebody is home.

Our 4 feathered girls are Whoopi Charlotte, Morticia and Wednesday. They will present you with eggs on most days. They get a mash for brekkie which takes one minute to prepare and a dinner of veg and protein. They always have access to chook feed and water and free range during the day. So their feed and water just needs topping up as required. They also get themselves up and put themselves to bed, so minimal care needed. One minute job once per day to clear the coop of droppings. They won't say no to a chat or sharing a biccie while you enjoy a cuppa or a meal outside.

Gardens may need a water if no rain. Hand or sprinkler, which ever you prefer. There are roses and natives out the front and pots and vegies out the back. Please don't be put off by our gardens. No problem if we come home to a few weeds. Our furred and feathered babies are our priority. We also have a hive of native stingless bees which are fun to watch. They look after themselves. Lastly, we have a Street Library, so there are opportunities to meet littlies and their parents or others as they choose or leave a book.

We supply all the basics, you just need your tucker and personals. The girl's eggs are all yours. They taste so good. :)

We are a friendly, loving couple who love a laugh and like to keep a tidy and welcoming dwelling. Our home is your home. All we ask is that you care for our beloved furred and feathered babies and enjoy your stay.
