About this house sitting position in Springfield

Hi there! We are looking for a house sitter for 2 weeks while we are away. Single or couples only. Our 4 bedroom house is in a good location, between Ipswich and Brisbane. We have a large driveway with plenty of room for a car or caravan. You will have the main bedroom with ensuite, along with an extra bathroom that has a bath tub.

We mainly require a house sitter for our pets. We have a gorgeous, lazy greyhound, Arnold who loves humans. He is mostly an indoor dog and will just need a 15 minute walk daily (usually morning) where he will do his business. He is very affectionate & and will likely follow you around the house when he's not sleeping (which is about 20 hours/day).
We have 2 cats - Inny and Judo. They are very low maintenance. Inny is old and lazy, and stays mostly outside. Judo is a 7 month old kitten and an indoor cat only. She will just need her kitty litter scooped every few days. The cats will just need their dry food daily.
We have 6 chickens - you are welcome to eat the eggs! You will just need to give them fresh water every 2nd day and top up their food. They are easy and it's lovely to just sit out the back on the patio with a coffee and watch them.
We have 2 guinea pigs - Gary and Freddy. They just need their food topped up daily, & will need their cage cleaned every 4 days (just a bedding change - no scrubbing required). They like occasional cuddles too so you are most welcome to play with them.
We have a minimal amount of pot plants out the back which will require watering.
Our house is non-smoking, fully air conditioned, has WiFi and a few different streaming services. There is a TV in the bedroom and both family rooms along with Nintendo Switch.
It's a short stroll from our house to Springfield Fair where there is a Coles, chemist (usually open until late), butchers and several restaurants. There are three different doctors surgeries nearby, of which at least 2 bulk bill. Orion Shopping Centre is a 5 minute drive down the road where there are many shops, cinemas, a large park, library and Springfield Lagoon. The markets are also on twice a month.
There is a bus that stops along the top of our street and the closest train station is a 15-20 minute walk.
