St.ives, New South Wales

About this house sitting position in St.Ives

Looking for a reliable and trustworthy pet and house sitter.

Suburb: St.Ives (nearest train station is Gordon)

Dates: December 18 2025 to Jan 8, 2026. We leave early on the 18th so you are welcome to sleep over in the guest room on December 17th, but not necessary. However, we would want to meet you before leaving to show you everything. The 7th Jan would be the last evening required and then departing on 8th Jan.

Pets:
- 12 year old Labrador, who is used to 2 short slow walks a day. Needs medication once a day but is happy to have it. Sleeps inside due to her age.
- 4 and 5 year old cats. One is very confident and one is extremely shy. Both cats are indoor and outdoor so very rarely need to use their litter trays. Unless it's raining very hard, they always choose to go outside.
Dog and cats are currently in a routine of eating twice a day.

We have a 5 bedroom home with a pool and garden. Two levels, with bedrooms upstairs. Air conditioning. Plenty of parking in our road or on our long driveway. Lots of great bush walks in the area. Friendly and helpful neighbours. Looking for a mature person or couple to look after the pets and home. No parties. Will need references or reviews from housesitting.

Happy to answer any questions. Look forward to chatting. Read more...
