The apartment is a 2 bedroom Art Deco at the end of the garden path with parking at the back door (but it's a long driveway). You will have access to the main bedroom only as the second bedroom is essentially used for storage atm. Renovation works are in the planning phase so cooking options are currently a single plug-in induction plate, oven, microwave and an air-fryer.
You will be close to all amenities of Acland St and St Kilda Beach.
