About this house sitting position in Stafford

Hi, we're a young family requiring someone to care for our very chilled 14yo Siberian Forest cat whilst we're visiting family overseas for Christmas.

He is a gentle old boy and like most cats, sleeps the majority of the day. Despite being long haired his breed is hypoallergenic.
He had an operation a few years ago so now has spaced feedings to stop him for gorging himself :) he has wet and then dry food an hour apart in the morning and evening. No strict times, just a big enough gap between.
He's affectionate and chatty on his own terms and loves to be around us. Hence why we'd prefer someone to house-sit so he has some company.

Our house is in a quiet, safe pocket of Stafford in Brisbane's North with lovely neighbours and beautiful views from the large front deck.
A short walk or drive to nearby shopping centers, restaurants and amenities. Close to public transport into Brisbane city.

Entry is from garage level and there are a set of internal stairs to the main living areas.
We have a main bedroom with ensuite, a second kids bedroom with bunks, a study, main bathroom and separate toilet.
A comfortable aircon'd lounge and dining space, large kitchen with an automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, gas cooktop along with a number of useful kitchen appliances. Front loader washing machine and dryer if needed.
A solid NBN connection with WiFi and streaming services available.
Downstairs is a large garage space with some gym equipment if you're so inclined.
