About this house sitting position in Stirling

We have a 4 x 2 home in Stirling that is usually occupied by our family, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There is very little gardening, just a couple of pot plants. We have a cleaner once a fortnight and we keep a clean home and we are all non-smokers.
We have 2 cats aged 11 and 12 years (dog is coming on holidays with us).
The cats pretty much keep to themselves, they are very scatty near new people. They are indoor and outdoor cats. They just need to be fed and the cat litter kept clean.
We are after a mature, responsible, non- smoker to look after our home and pets when we are away.
Stirling is on the train line, just a few stops from Perth city. The train station is a short walk and buses are just a couple of minutes away too. There is a beautiful park just down the road, Innaloo and Karrinyup shopping centres and Ikea are very close by. Scarborough beach is a only a 12 minute drive away. It's a fantastic location for a house sitter.
