About this house sitting position in Summer Hill

We live in a sunny and light filled 3-bedroom apartment. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 is a study- with an electric stand up/sit down desk and a two-seater couch. Bedroom 3 is a storage room but has a spare queen size mattress for visitors ( goes on the floor but is very comfortable as it's a premium foam mattress).
The apartment is centrally located on the border of Summer Hill and Ashfield. Approximately 7-minute walk to Summer Hill train station and Summer Hill shops or a 10-minute walk to Ashfield train station.
Bus stops in either direction ( to Strathfield or the city via Parramatta Road) are very close.
There are 4 (short) flights of stairs to the apartment.
We have a seven-year-old cat called Boris who is very friendly once he gets to know you. Our main concern would be if Boris gets out the front or balcony door- we may never see him again!
There is lots of street parking- I plan to leave the car in the. garage but I can put in long term parking if required.
