Our sustainable home backs onto a tidal eustary with abundant bird life, and Currimundi Lake a very short 3 minute walk via the park, to canoe, SUP or relax by dipping a line & maybe catch your dinner.
With a short 5 minute drive to the heart of Caloundra for shopping, movie cinemas or cafes and surf beaches. You can stroll on the bush path bikeway to the Sunshine Coast University public and Private Hospital also Aldi Coles shopping Centre with more cafes and variety of shops.

The home is a lowset stuccoed house, fully fenced with 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and lock up garage. Fully ducted AC with all amenities close by. A small spar is on deck to relax in if you wish.

We have an abundance of wild birds, sulphur crested parrots, Corella parrots and lorikeets and of course you can feed the numerous water dragons with fruit even hand feed some of the birds and water dragons.
.Our rescue dog 'Frankie' is to be cared for. Frankie loves his daily walks and swims in the Lake. He’s great company and loves his cuddles and pats.
