About this house sitting position in Sunshine West

Street facing town house on complex of 5 townhouses. Exterior electric blinds for added security. Friendly and quiet neighbours.

The house is small - open plan living/dining/kitchen area with toilet, euro laundry and internal access garage on ground floor. Two bedrooms and bathroom with second toilet upstairs.

Two split systems for heating/cooling and dishwasher available for use. North facing secure court yard for all your entertaining /relaxation needs!

Wifi and streaming services available for your use.

I will also arrange a gardener so as you don’t even have to mow the lawns!

I have five beautiful animals who will need taking care of. Bruce (cat, 7), Yoda (cat, 6), Buddha (cat, 6), Chewie (Toy Poodle, 3) and Bont (toy poodle, 2). You’ll barely see the cats unless it’s feeding time and the puppies will love all over you!

I have a robot litter box, so no scooping required - ever! Puppies like to get out for a walk a few times a week and you’ll need to clean their poop from the court yard but otherwise, nothing else required except all the pats and play they ask of you!

I will leave you all the food and litter you require and access to additional funds in case of emergency (either home or pet).

I am open to you bringing your pets but this needs to be negotiated given small space, Bruce being a bit of a grump some times and very easily excited puppies!

I am very easy going and all I ask of you is to love my babies and treat my home with respect.
